Food intollerance testing.
Over two thousand years ago the Chinese realised and researched that some people responded badly to certain foods creating deterioration in physical and mental health.
This in turn leads to lack of energy and sometimes creating chronic illness or longer term complaints such as depression, sleep problems, irritable bowel syndrome, weight gain/loss, bloating, headaches etc.
Food testing is very simple, using your body to muscle test food and drink etc for intollerances. Allergies are very different to intollerance, if you have an allergy, you will often experience and immediate reaction.
