Personal success and excellence is something we can all obtain, and there are times when everyone needs a little coaching for the soul – you might not be able to put your finger on what is missing, or what needs developing, but you know something needs to change.
This is where I can help you as an experienced Soul Coach. With years of practice as a trained counsellor, psychotherapist, and an energy healer, as well as being qualified in traditional Chinese medicine, I have an in-depth knowledge of how the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies are all interlinked.
Using this knowledge, I can help facilitate your own development towards personal excellence through a range of services that I offer. For an all-encompassing holistic approach, the Higher Consciousness Healing Programme© that I have developed suits most people, designed to remove self-limitations in order to encourage individual development beyond your expectations.
For the corporate arena, I have adapted the Higher Consciousness Healing Programme© to provide a variety of stress management workshops and one-to-one sessions.
